Haranath is an experienced and passionate Cloud Data, AI and Digital Health evangelist. He has a proven record of effectively engaging with Senior Executives including the C-Suite to understand key business challenges and translate these to technology enabled solutions.
He has an Impeccable record of consistently delivering high value, high impact solutions leading large cross functional teams around the globe. He has served multiple industries including HealthCare, Life Sciences, Technology, Financial Services, Retail etc.
He founded and exited a Data Intelligence startup, founded a digital health startup as well as led the LifeSciences Healthcare Vertical at Saama to a $20M per annum business.
Ganesh Srivenkatesh
Founder & Director
Ganesh Srivenkatesh is the Founder and Director of Cognaify, with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and AI enablement programs across local government, utilities, education, and financial services sectors.
A strategic program leader, Ganesh has delivered complex ERP, CRM, and operational technology solutions for clients such as Melbourne Water, Victoria University, Deloitte, and multiple councils across Australia. His work has consistently driven measurable outcomes—ranging from service improvement and cost savings to regulatory compliance and risk reduction.
Ganesh is recognised for his strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, particularly in navigating complex political, operational, and multi-vendor environments. He specialises in aligning digital initiatives with organisational priorities and enabling business outcomes through structured governance, process integration, and people-centred delivery models.
At Cognaify, Ganesh applies this expertise to help organisations adopt digital and AI solutions that are ethical, scalable, and outcome-driven.
